Insert a refill into your Expressioniste Brow Pencil and refine arches with hair-by-hair precision. Uncap the opposite end to use the attached spoolie brush to further shape brows.
To Fill or Refill
Insert the pencil cartridge into the holder, and twist up to extend the pencil slightly—just past the tip of the cartridge. To prevent breakage, do not overextend.
