Alginate retarder. Extends the working time of alginate. Too much will keep your alginate from setting. Follow the amounts suggested on the bottle. Can also be used as an alginate bonder if you need to add to an area where alginate has already set. Can also be used to soften alginate that has hardened in a bowl or on your clothes.
